Tammy Canon is an Investment Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties Commercial Division, in the new Heights office. She is also a Certfied International Property Specialist. Tammy is a native Houstonian, growing up in the Heights area. She attended the University of Houston, matriculating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology and National Security.
Professional Experience
As Firm Administrator in a boutique law firm specializing in Environmental, Maritime, Personal Injury/Wrongful Death and Toxic Torts, one of her responsibilities was to handle all the firm’s commercial real estate needs for over 20 years. Tammy is also a 20-plus year Mediator and brings this skill set and experience to the negotiating table on behalf of her clients.
Serving in elected office in her community of the Memorial Villages in the years following 9/11, Tammy is accustomed to researching ordinances and planning and zoning regulations.She is flexible in responding to changing circumstances and strives to stay abreast of laws affecting commercial real estate. Tammy works with Industrial Properties, Land Development, Mid- and High-rise buildings, and Farm and Ranch properties.
