Representing sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants Andrew has the knowledge and negotiating skills to assist with any type of commercial real estate that his client’s may need assistance with. Office space, Industrial properties, Land, Retail properties, and Multi-family, all pose there unique challenges and having a broker with the education and training to understand the contracts and underlying law that affect the transaction, coupled with the ability to offer guidance and explain things in plain language give Andrew’s clients what they are looking for. The information and understanding they need to make clear decisions with confidence.

Andrew has worked in full time law practice from 1998 through 2008 during which time he worked on numerous real estate matters from health care facilities, to ad valorem tax issues, acquisitions and disposition of real property, commercial leases, and litigation of disputes. In 2008 he founded a residential real estate investment company investing in residential real estate, which he still runs today. And, in 2013 he began working as a commercial real estate broker and continues to this day.
