About Donna Winfrey

Donna offers our clients 2 decades of effective representation of commercial property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and franchises. She is serving her 5th term as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner and is serving her 2nd term as elected Vice Chairwoman of P&Z. Recently, City Council appointed Donna to be a Municipal District Development Director.

Donna provides our clients with her understanding of land use, work with municipalities, repurposing structures, construction oversight, investments sales and leasing, contract and lease negotiation, and public-private partnerships. As a Commercial Realtor licensed in the States of Texas and Georgia, she negotiates complex transactions, using her cultivated commercial property transaction experience while delivering premium service.

As Co-Chairwoman of the Membership Committee of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Donna has long-term relationships and participates in mentorship opportunities. Her Membership in ICSC (the International Council of Shopping Centers) keeps Donna informed of the direction of retailers locally, nationally, and globally.

Donna’s time with her family is at the center of her life and she enjoys cycling and traveling. She is a graduate of Fordham University and the Joseph Business School.
