My experience in real estate began as a co-owner of C&I Supply and Manufacturing in 1979 before I was a licensed agent. We purchased a piece of dirt that was suited for our manufacturing needs. We built a facility from the ground up with all that it entails. As a sole owner of Anchor Steel Products I negotiated and secured a lease for a facility that met my manufacturing needs.

Subsequently, I worked in commercial and industrial lighting distribution servicing property management companies such as Gerald Hines and PM Realty; retail such as Palais Royal and Star Furniture and restaurants such as Pappas, Wendy’s, Popeyes and Landry’s. Additionally, I worked contract in Energy Management performing energy audits to provide savings and cost solutions for lighting and electrical concerns.

In 1993 I obtained my Real Estate license. While practicing real estate I have also contracted as a field agent performing field inspections, asset verifications, inventory audits and property data collection services to assist commercial lending, equipment leasing, wholesale credit and floor plan financial industries. I have worked in commercial appraisal assisting in onsite property inspections and data collection. My past associations have been with The Brown Company, Edward Miller and Associates and Consolidated Appraisal Services. I have experience in retail, office, multi-tenant, industrial properties and vacant land. I have worked in counties in the south, central, east and Gulf Coast regions. My accomplishments have added knowledge, skills and experience to my function as a real estate agent

I signed on with Berkshire Hathaway in April of 2024, obtaining their Certified Commercial Agent designation in November of 2024.
